Job Description
Clinical Business Analyst working closely with clinical and project teams at Clario. Defining configuration needs, supporting software deployment, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Clario experts to define needs and specifications that drive client configuration
- Gather and document requirements from scientific teams, project teams, and key stakeholders
- Create client configuration specifications and provide guidance to configuration and validation teams
- Support validation, UAT testing, installation, and deployment of software
- Document and store all specifications appropriately
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and product functionality to support Product Management
- Provide input on enhancements and new features; attend training on new system functionality
- Support resolution of ServiceNow tickets when appropriate
- Support Clinical Project Management and Operations, including attending study kick‑off meetings, training end users, addressing process/change requests, and supporting client demonstrations
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and address areas of operational efficiency
- Provide management and oversight to the release schedule, including resource allocation and capacity modelling
- Monitor delivery metrics and trends to drive ongoing departmental improvements
- Collaborate with other CCM managers to support all aspects of client releases
- Uphold departmental standards by following all SOPs and assisting in maintaining process consistency
- Work with internal staff to resolve issues, add value to processes, and support team results
- Attend and participate in applicable company‑sponsored training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Writer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role collaborating across business and technology teams in a global environment
- Previous experience in clinical trials and knowledge of clinical trial processes preferred
- Previous experience with medical imaging preferred
- Experience developing configuration specifications for software applications highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in group settings; able to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and make sound judgments
