Job Description
Clinical Sales Manager responsible for driving sales in the DACH region for pediatric rehabilitation technology. Engaging with healthcare providers and managing institutional sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the DACH region, with an initial focus on North Rhine-Westphalia.
- Build and manage relationships with physiotherapy clinics, pediatric rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demonstrations, evaluations, negotiations, and closing.
- Educate physiotherapists, clinical directors, and rehabilitation teams on Trexo’s clinical value and implementation.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with leading rehabilitation institutions and key opinion leaders.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for clinics and professional partners.
- Support clinics in evaluating Trexo for patient populations and operational integration.
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate and convert leads from conferences, events, and inbound interest.
- Represent Trexo at trade shows, physiotherapy congresses, and pediatric rehabilitation events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets.
- Provide market insights on reimbursement, procurement pathways, competitive dynamics, and customer barriers.
Requirements:
- Educational background: Degree or formal training in Physiotherapy (essential for clinical credibility in the German market).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or clinical account management within medical devices, rehabilitation technology, physiotherapy, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation, gait training, or assistive technologies.
- Proven success in B2B or institutional healthcare sales.
- Experience selling into clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Germany and periodically within Austria and Switzerland.
- Valid driver’s license.
