Job Description

Co-Founder turning Bulle & Mensch’s German-language trading podcast audience into a paid digital product. Building the platform, partnerships, growth, and member operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn the existing idea into a market-ready offering, including positioning, pricing model, and structure
  • Build the first versions: select and set up the platform and onboard the first members
  • Iterate based on real user feedback
  • Own business development, including partnerships, sales channels, and growth levers
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the digital product, including member support and retention
  • Work closely with Mario and the existing podcast reach without distracting from the core format
  • Build the digital product as a Co-Founder—from the first version to a sustainable business

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business development, including pricing models, target audiences, sales, and scaling
  • Genuine, well-founded interest in trading and the financial markets—you do not need to be a professional trader, but you should understand the industry and its terminology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you make decisions rather than waiting for approval
  • Structured and reliable approach to work, even without a fixed framework
  • Ideally, experience building a digital product or business, preferably from the ground up
  • A brief introduction and your preferred start date
  • References or examples from previous product or business-building work

Benefits:

  • A community with genuine reach and trust as a starting point—you will not be building an audience from scratch
  • Direct access to Mario and short decision-making paths, without lengthy internal approval processes
  • Genuine opportunity to shape the business: you will be a Co-Founder, not a service provider
  • Compensation primarily in the form of equity and variable bonuses rather than a fixed salary
  • Equity participation
  • Long-term partnership
