Job Description
Co-Founder building a paid digital product for Bulle & Mensch’s trading podcast community. Shaping the offer, launching early versions, and driving partnerships, sales, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build the digital product as a Co-Founder
- Develop a market-ready offering from the existing idea, including positioning, pricing model, and structure
- Build the initial versions, including platform selection, setup, and acquisition of the first members
- Iterate based on real customer feedback
- Take responsibility for business development, including partnerships, sales channels, and growth levers
- Manage day-to-day operations around the digital product, including member support and retention
- Work closely with Mario and the existing podcast audience without allowing the product to distract from the core format
Requirements:
- Proven experience building a digital product or business, ideally from the ground up
- Strong understanding of business development, including pricing models, target audiences, sales, and scaling
- Genuine, well-founded interest in trading and the financial markets; professional trading experience is not required, but an understanding of the community and its language is essential
- Entrepreneurial mindset: make decisions rather than waiting for approvals
- Structured and reliable working style, even without a predefined framework
- References or examples from previous product or business-building projects
- Willingness to enter into a long-term partnership; no agencies and no traditional employment arrangement
