Job Description

Vertriebsassistent handling incoming leads for a DACH-based marketing agency. Focus on appointment setting with no cold-calling required.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact interested leads from our online advertising by phone (no cold-calling; only warm inbound inquiries)
  • Qualify prospects using clear call scripts
  • Schedule appointments directly in the calendars of our strategy consultants
  • Document your calls in the CRM system
  • Continuously improve your sales conversations with our feedback

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is a plus but not required (career changers are welcome)
  • Enjoy working with people and be comfortable making phone calls to prospects
