Job Description
Communication Designer creating visual content for an international investment platform. Responsible for developing branding materials, presentations, and print assets with a focus on visual consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design presentations for product launches, marketing initiatives, partner meetings, and internal events.
- Develop a unified structure and visual language for slides so that all Raison presentations look consistent and recognizable.
- Design visual materials for marketing and brand needs: landing pages, banners, email campaigns, social media visuals, and event design.
- Build and maintain a system of templates for different content types to help the team create new materials quickly.
- Conceptualize and design merch and gift sets — from initial ideas to production-ready files.
- Design business cards, brochures, flyers, certificates, badges, and other offline assets.
- Prepare files for print and oversee quality in print shops to ensure the final product matches the approved design.
- Create illustrations and visual covers for blog posts and other website sections.
- Develop the existing visual style and introduce new elements while maintaining consistency across the system.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic, communication, or marketing design.
- A portfolio that includes: presentations (preferably for complex products or data), social media creatives, print materials and/or merch, illustrations or digital graphics.
- Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
- Understanding of print and production basics: differences between screen and print layouts, bleed and safe areas, color profiles.
- System thinking, ability to build a visual language, not just standalone layouts.
- Marketing mindset, understanding what affects engagement, clicks, and readability.
- Strong communication and responsibility, ability to justify design decisions and work confidently with feedback.
