Job Description
Compliance Operations Analyst overseeing customer risk management at Fasset, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding for global users. Conducts investigations and engages directly with customers.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of customer risk
- Daily management of potential match alerts in ComplyAdvantage
- Conduct line-by-line analysis of sensitive information
- Proactively reach out to customers for clarifying information
- Review sensitive documentation to meet rigorous standards
- Manually guide customers in providing high-quality ID documents
- Respond to ongoing monitoring alert cycles.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Compliance/AML
- Deep knowledge of Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media
- Professional and firm yet helpful tone when asking customers for sensitive documents
- Ability to commit to reviewing 100s of customers per day while maintaining "Zero-Error" quality
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns signaling fraud or systemic risk.
