Job Description

Compliance Operations Analyst overseeing customer risk management at Fasset, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding for global users. Conducts investigations and engages directly with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of customer risk
  • Daily management of potential match alerts in ComplyAdvantage
  • Conduct line-by-line analysis of sensitive information
  • Proactively reach out to customers for clarifying information
  • Review sensitive documentation to meet rigorous standards
  • Manually guide customers in providing high-quality ID documents
  • Respond to ongoing monitoring alert cycles.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Compliance/AML
  • Deep knowledge of Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media
  • Professional and firm yet helpful tone when asking customers for sensitive documents
  • Ability to commit to reviewing 100s of customers per day while maintaining "Zero-Error" quality
  • Analytical mindset to identify patterns signaling fraud or systemic risk.
