Job Description

Lead and execute Certent Equity Management implementations for enterprise clients, overseeing equity plan data validation and reconciliation processes. Partner with finance teams and contribute to best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Certent Equity Management implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Configure and validate equity plan data including grants, vesting schedules, exercises, releases, cancellations, and expirations.
  • Perform and oversee detailed reconciliations between Certent and payroll systems, HRIS platforms, broker/transfer agents, and general ledger.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in participant records, tax withholding data, share counts, and transaction histories.
  • Partner with client equity administration and finance teams to define reconciliation processes and establish controls.
  • Translate complex client requirements into system configurations and documented reconciliation workflows.
  • Support data migration efforts including validation, cleansing, and post-migration reconciliation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for reconciliation-related issues during implementation and hypercare periods.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base development, delivery methodology improvements, and peer mentoring on Certent best practices.
