Job Description
Senior Compensation Consultant responsible for developing and administering compensation programs at Providence. Focus on competitive pay structures, job analysis, and market evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer various compensation programs including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans.
- Conduct job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews.
- Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective.
- Develop compensation recommendations and costing.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation related items.
- Assist in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation related programs.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for special projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred)
- Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
- Union environment experience (preferred)
