Job Description
Contact Center Representative at TD providing customer support for account inquiries and product recommendations. Delivering exceptional service and participating in training and coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in-bound customers with account inquiries
- Resolve issues by recommending TD products or services
- Deliver legendary customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
- Exceptional listening skills and curiosity to help customers
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple screens
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
- Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Integrity when managing sensitive customer information
