Job Description
Reddit Content Creator producing native, compliant posts and comments for Foundation’s B2B tech and SaaS marketing clients. Matching subreddit cultures, engaging communities, and supporting client pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Write Reddit posts and comments that fit naturally within specific subreddits
- Participate in ongoing threads where input adds to the conversation
- Understand each subreddit’s culture, expectations, rules, and sentiments around clients’ brands
- Spot conversation patterns, questions, or themes that could be supported with helpful content
- Identify opportunities to add existing insights or material to shape conversations on Reddit
- Collaborate with internal editors and content leads to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Occasionally support other content types when needed
- Consistently hit content volume targets with high approval rates and minimal revisions
- Ensure posts and comments follow subreddit rules precisely and avoid removals or flags
- Implement feedback and requested changes correctly
- Provide reliable work requiring minimal oversight
- Contribute steadily to clients’ Reddit presence without compliance issues or community backlash
Requirements:
- Active Reddit user who understands how the platform works
- Proven ability to participate without sounding promotional or breaking subreddit or sitewide rules
- Clear, concise writing with a human tone
- Ability to adjust voice to match different communities and personae
- Ability to move fast and contribute at a steady pace
- Experience participating in or moderating subreddits
- Examples of strong posts or comments written
- Comfort engaging in B2B or technical conversations when provided context
- Experience using AI tools
- Required overlap with EST timezone for meetings
