Job Description

Content Specialist managing CMS content, localization, and promotional configurations for SOFTSWISS. Quality-checking multilingual content across channels and product interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and publish content in CMS
  • Configure and adapt content in CMS for different formats and interface limitations
  • Prepare and coordinate content localization
  • Work with multiple language versions and ensure localization consistency across channels and the product
  • Work with promotional mechanics in Back Office, including understanding conditions, settings, and limitations
  • Perform QA of published content by checking content accuracy, settings, and display before and after launch
  • Identify and escalate content-related errors and issues
  • Manage multiple tasks with different deadlines while ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Organize workload effectively and take ownership of work and results

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Russian, with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2)
  • 1+ year of experience in Content Management, CRM Content, or a related field
  • Experience working with a large number of parallel tasks and deadlines, or willingness to work in such an environment
  • Independence and a proactive approach to work: ability to organize work without constant supervision and make decisions independently within area of responsibility
  • Strong stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems (nice to have)
  • Experience working with Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, and other tools (nice to have)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JSON, and structured content (nice to have)
