Job Description
Freelance Legal Expert analyzing and summarizing contracts for DiliTrust, a SaaS legal-tech provider. Improving AI categorization and customer experience through contract annotation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze a high volume and diverse range of contracts
- Perform temporary, project-based legal assignments
- Summarize legal documents
- Identify key elements in contracts
- Interact with AI-powered chatbot systems
- Contribute to annotation-based categorization to enhance AI capabilities
- Help improve AI performance and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Professional proficiency in German
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Private Law (minimum Bac +3)
- Passion for exploring new fields and industries
- Ability to read and analyze contracts
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow clear instructions
- Willingness to ask questions when needed
- Law student or recent graduate
