Job Description
Contractor onboarding specialist expanding Budderfly’s network of approved contractors. Managing training, systems integration, pricing, and performance analysis for an energy-management company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Budderfly's referred contractor pipeline, evaluating prospective contractors against business, operational, legal, and compliance requirements
- Own, oversee, and continuously improve the contractor onboarding process from recruitment through activation
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and training activities with the Program Manager, Contractor Training
- Serve as the primary contractor contact, resolve onboarding issues, and coordinate with internal departments
- Onboard contractors into required systems, platforms, and tools including HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, and Sitetracker
- Analyze onboarding metrics, pipeline activity, training effectiveness, contractor feedback, and timelines; report program performance to leadership
- Negotiate contractor pricing and contractual terms within established business guidelines
- Develop and implement onboarding procedures, documentation, and best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, business development, or pipeline-management role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Self-starter with ownership mentality and comfort operating in a high-growth environment with minimal oversight
- Desire to establish a climate-centric career
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exposure to contract and/or pricing negotiation preferred
