Job Description
Controller leading accounting function and monthly close at Netrix Global. Responsible for overseeing accounting operations and ensuring financial reporting accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and run the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Oversee general ledger, revenue recognition (ASC 606), payroll, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and PE reporting requirements
- Manage and optimize accounting processes within Sage Intacct, including system improvements and automation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and tax advisors
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (as applicable)
- Support international accounting operations, including multi-entity, multi-currency environments (if applicable)
- Assist with M&A integration, system conversions, and process scaling as the business grows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience in a private equity-backed environment
- Proven experience owning the entire close process end to end
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Preferred Experience supporting international entities and multi-currency accounting
- Prior experience with audits in a PE-backed environment
- Exposure to M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration
- Experience building or scaling accounting teams and processes
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
