Job Description
Creative Designer developing visual assets driving performance for paid media at Legend, a leading sports and gaming marketing company. Focusing on data-driven creative designs across various digital formats.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of visual assets that drive measurable performance across paid media channels.
- Focus exclusively on paid marketing creative designs, crafting visuals that convert and continually optimising based on data-driven insights.
- Bridge the gap between creative design and performance marketing, ensuring every asset delivers results.
- Lead the creative designs for campaigns across display, social, video, and emerging ad formats.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital, graphic or creative design roles, ideally within a Marketing team.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and motion design.
- Understanding of CRO design principles, visual hierarchy, and ad psychology.
- Strong familiarity with data-driven creative testing (A/B testing, creative performance analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
