Job Description

Graphic Designer creating effective Image Ad Creatives for paid social media ads. Working remotely to design and test ads primarily for Meta and TikTok, with a flexible freelance or employment option.

Responsibilities:

  • Design of image ad creatives according to briefs and brand guidelines
  • Creation of storyboards for motion design productions
  • Implementation of variants (hooks, layout variations, visual swaps)
  • Rapid iterations based on performance data
  • Development of new visual concepts for campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience designing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms
  • Portfolio with concrete examples of paid social ad creatives (REQUIRED — applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
  • Very proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of social performance, hook mechanics, and creative testing
  • Fast, precise, and structured execution
  • Strong sense for aesthetics AND performance-driven logic
  • Bonus: experience in a D2C/e-commerce environment
  • Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
