Job Description

Art Director / Senior Designer shaping visual direction for brands and campaigns at Prospekt. Leading creative execution across various channels in a fully remote role limited to North America and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and evolve brand systems including identity, typography, layout, art direction, and visual language.
  • Lead design across campaigns spanning social, digital, web, presentations, experiential, and print.
  • Create visual frameworks that allow content to scale while staying consistent, recognizable, and high quality.
  • Develop campaign directions that feel culturally current and strategically grounded.
  • Lead the visual development of concepts from early exploration through final execution.
  • Translate briefs into strong creative directions, references, moodboards, and design systems.
  • Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Help set the visual standard for the agency through taste, craft, and consistency.
  • Give direction and feedback to junior and mid-level creatives when needed.
  • Design for sports and pop culture including athletes, teams, drops, partnerships, and moments.
  • Create work that feels native to the culture.
  • Design high-impact 2D work across brand, campaign, editorial, and marketing assets.
  • Oversee rollouts across formats and channels while protecting the integrity of the original idea.
  • Collaborate with motion, production, strategy, and digital teams to ensure the work is both effective and executable.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, campaign, or graphic design.
  • Brand marketing agency and/or experiential agency experience is required.
  • A strong portfolio showing brand systems, campaign thinking, and high-level 2D execution.
  • Experience leading visual direction across multiple channels and formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, image-making, and brand design.
  • Experience working in digital-first environments and building work that scales across ecosystems.
  • Motion awareness or light motion direction is a plus, but not required.
