Job Description

Creative Marketing Lead managing Wispr Flow's cultural resonance and marketing strategies in Australia and New Zealand. Focused on growth through community engagement and local relevance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own go-to-market execution for ANZ, from concept through delivery, taking the best of what exists and being hands on in evolving it to resonate locally
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with ANZ creators, writers, founders, operators, and cultural connectors who matter
  • Develop organic distribution and advocacy rather than transactional partnerships
  • Embed Wispr Flow into the right cultural moments, conversations, and communities
  • Guide localisation of messaging, tone, and examples so it feels native, not adapted
  • Work closely with global brand, growth, and product teams while owning local execution
  • Move fast, test ideas, and learn what actually resonates in the ANZ markets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in creative marketing, content, brand, media, or cultural partnerships
  • Deep understanding of ANZ culture, nuance, and sensibilities
  • Strong personal network across creators, operators, media, or tech-adjacent communities
  • Excellent taste and editorial judgement, the ability to craft your own communications and work with local partners to amplify this
  • Comfortable working independently and shaping your own roadmap
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate globally without losing local voice
  • Based in Australia
