Job Description
CRM Product Manager leading the strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics at fintech company. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Manage the development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and integrations.
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing and customer service teams.
- Analyse user behaviour and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure CRM processes and data support regulatory and operational requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of professional experience, including at least 4–6 years in Product Management roles.
- Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
- Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering successful digital products.
- Experience working with agile delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university, ideally in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar).
