Job Description

CRM System Administrator focusing on Salesforce for ITAB, ensuring reliable and user-friendly Salesforce for business needs. Manage accounts, configurations, and support users for data quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our business by ensuring that Salesforce is reliable, user‑friendly, and aligned with our processes
  • Responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform
  • Work with both technical tasks and user support, enabling teams to work efficiently and with high data quality
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and correct access
  • Customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards
  • Provide support to users, resolve issues and solve system errors or performance concerns
  • Maintain data quality through audits, imports/exports and de-duplication efforts
  • Develop training materials, conduct user training and document system processes
  • Collaborate with the CRM System Manager and business stakeholders to improve workflows and automate processes within Salesforce
  • Manage sandbox environments, test changes, and support release and deployment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (i.e. Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, Experience Sites, Case Management and dashboards)
  • Good understanding of user and security management
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Experience working with data management, including imports/exports and de-duplication
  • Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to support and troubleshooting
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
