Job Description

SuccessFactors System Administrator providing support for HRIS applications at L3Harris Technologies. Collaborating with HR customers and IT organization to optimize SuccessFactors functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for SuccessFactors NS2 CRE environment
  • Partner with HR customers in regular cadence meetings
  • Design workflow processes and system configuration
  • Manage system change requests from internal HR customers
  • Interact with SAP’s self-management tools and training sessions
  • Review release notes and prepare customers for new functionality
  • Document system configurations and provide training to end-users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience in recruiting/sourcing
  • Certification(s) in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Goals, Learning, Career & Talent Development, Reporting, Report Stories, Compensation)
  • Proficient knowledge of SuccessFactors integration center and report stories
  • Proficient in project management principles
  • Knowledge of HR ServiceNow and/or PeopleSoft On-Prem
  • Experience with large data sets in Excel
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
