Job Description

Learning Management System Administrator joining NetImpact to provide LMS administration and support for federal government training programs. Responsible for managing course material and technical issues for users in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides system administration for LMS and LMS system training as required.
  • Provides technical support for LMS users, diagnosing and resolving system, access, enrollment, and content issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensures managing and tracking of DHA training courseware in production and testing and conforms to DHA LMS mission and/or program guidelines.
  • Employs approved LMS instructional methods and materials to conduct training courses.
  • Collaborates with eLearning team, DHA stakeholders, and Government management.
  • Liaises with subject matter experts regarding implementation and coordinates courseware gate reviews with customers regarding implementation of courses to LMS
  • Communicates effectively with leadership.
  • Provides timely notification on items requiring Government action.
  • Designs and facilitates Train–the-Trainer sessions remotely.
  • Maintains records of client communication, project progress, required course documentation, and combined feedback for each assigned project.
  • Leads training for elevated user roles within the LMS system to facilitate cross-functional learning of the system.
  • Utilizes a quality assurance process to ensure consistency within and between training deliverables and advising on operational enhancements that supports improved quality.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Technology in Education from an accredited college or university with at least 2 years of experience in LMS administration; and/or at least 5 years of experience in LMS administration
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and a team player.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools, namely Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint and willingness to learn other tools and applications.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communications.
  • Experience working in or with the Federal Government preferred.
  • Genuine desire to learn is essential.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in both oral and written form, including proof-reading.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and manage relationships and partnerships within government and contracting personnel.
