Job Description

Curricular Solutions Architect at Brisk Teaching utilizing teaching experience to enhance K-12 educational outcomes. Leading product demos and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of K-12 schools and districts, showcasing how Brisk integrates with existing curriculum frameworks and enhances both teacher workflows and student outcomes.
  • Serve as a product expert and curriculum expert during the sales process and after close, demonstrating how Brisk supports standards-based instruction, answering technical questions about product use and curriculum alignment, and providing solutions to district curriculum and technology leaders, inclusive of subject specific leaders. Ex. ELA Curriculum Director, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to share customer feedback, shape go-to-market messaging, and influence product roadmap priorities.
  • Map product capabilities to curricular needs by identifying how Brisk’s features support specific subject areas, grade-level standards, and instructional objectives.
  • Use insights to develop scalable resources such as demo scripts, training decks, and onboarding guides to support Brisk’s growing go-to-market strategy.
  • Support pilots and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with existing educational resources, facilitating handoff from sales to customer success, and helping educators quickly realize value from Brisk within their established curriculum frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Former educator experience: You have at least 3+ years of classroom teaching experience (K-12 preferred), with a strong understanding of the day-to-day realities teachers face.
  • Experience as an edtech sales engineer: You bring 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or related role at edtech companies, ideally selling SaaS solutions into schools and districts.
  • Education fluency: You can easily translate product features into instructional value, and can speak the language of teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators.
  • Creative problem-solving skills: You bring creativity, curiosity, and tenacity to every challenge, and thrive in fast-paced, startup environments.
  • A collaborative mindset: You enjoy working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to make the whole company better.
  • Familiarity with other edtech solutions: You are comfortable with common edtech ecosystems (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS platforms like Canvas, Schoology, or Google Classroom).

  • Expect a 75:25 base:variable split; variable subject to change yearly
