Job Description
Customer & Member Marketing Communications Manager at LifeSpeak Inc. driving user engagement through email marketing and digital communications. Role involves collaboration with global teams and managing various marketing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Crear y gestionar campañas de email marketing y comunicaciones digitales.
- Desarrollar newsletters, mensajes in‑app, guías y toolkits.
- Administrar segmentación, automatizaciones y flujos en plataformas de marketing.
- Analizar métricas de engagement y optimizar campañas.
- Colaborar con equipos globales de Marketing, Producto y Client Success.
Requirements:
- 3+ años en email marketing, campañas digitales o comunicaciones.
- Manejo de herramientas como HubSpot, Iterable, Customer.io o Pardot.
- Excelentes habilidades de redacción y edición en inglés (C1).
- Experiencia en B2B, SaaS, wellness o engagement (deseable).
