Job Description

Customer care professional for a leading consumer electronics brand supporting Dutch-speaking clients. Assisting with product-related queries and providing technical support in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer care to Dutch-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics products.
  • Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece; a comprehensive relocation package will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation to learn about new technologies and grow professionally.
