Job Description

Customer Service Representative providing support for government contracts remotely in USA. Assisting customers in need through various communication channels with compassion and understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with your neighbors on the available services that can support their situation
  • Provide the best solutions for their need via a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
  • Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • Must be a US citizen
