Job Description

Customer Service Representative for TTEC handling escalated calls and providing solutions. Remote position supporting customer experience and meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to document interactions and provide accurate solutions
  • Meet established goals for all performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and schedule adherence

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Computer experience
  • Wired internet connection (fiber, cable, or DSL) with speeds above 15 Mbps is required. Satellite and 5G connections are not supported
