Job Description

Customer Service Representative conducting candidate screenings for High Scale, a global video advertising agency. Supporting recruitment operations and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone and video screening interviews with applicants
  • Evaluate candidates' communication skills, work experience, professionalism, and overall fit
  • Follow structured interview guides and adapt naturally to conversations
  • Prepare detailed interview notes and recommendations for hiring managers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants
  • Answer candidate questions professionally and empathetically
  • Communicate interview schedules, updates, and next steps in a timely manner
  • Represent the High Scale brand in candidate interactions
  • Review resumes and verify minimum qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Identify improvements to the candidate experience and recruitment workflow
  • Provide feedback on interview processes and screening criteria
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring goals and operational improvements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or another customer-facing role
  • Experience handling inbound or outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication in English
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and ask thoughtful questions
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to take accurate notes and manage multiple conversations
  • Ability to manage schedules, follow structured processes, and organize candidate information
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative
  • Interviewing, quality assurance, or recruitment experience is a plus but not required
