Job Description

Customer Service Representative working remotely in Virginia for TTEC, providing customer support and resolving complex issues. Contributing to customer experience and team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (>15 mbps)
