Job Description

Customer Service Representative responsible for answering escalated customer inquiries remotely in Virginia. Support clients by resolving issues and providing an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (>15 mbps)
