Job Description
French-speaking Customer Support Specialist assisting technology-service customers with questions and simple technical issues. Remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers in French and English
- Answer customer questions
- Assist with simple technical issues
- Guide customers through clear and simple solutions
- Record and update customer cases accurately
- Follow up when additional support is needed
- Help create a friendly and positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in French
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Applicants should either be currently based in Portugal or hold an EU passport and be open to relocation
