Job Description

Customer Solutions Architect managing pre-sales solutions for TELUS's voice and data services. Working closely with account directors to develop customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pre-sales solutions for our voice, data, mobile and Internet of Things (IoT) services
  • Drive post-sale success and customer experience
  • Lead customer conversations with confidence and clarity
  • Translate complex technical concepts into relevant solutions for diverse technical and executive audiences
  • Collaborate with account directors to design scalable, customer-focused solutions
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in telecommunications or technical pre-sales
  • Deep knowledge of data networks (WAN, IP networking, fiber), voice services (SIP, VoIP) and mobile solutions
  • Knowledge of IoT solutions and machine-to-machine communication
  • Understanding of network architecture (BGP, routing fundamentals)
  • Experience in carrier/provider or wholesale environments
  • Expertise in the following areas: Data Networking, Voice, and Mobile Services
  • Experience using RESTful APIs
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in French and English
