Job Description
Customer Solutions Architect managing pre-sales solutions for TELUS's voice and data services. Working closely with account directors to develop customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-sales solutions for our voice, data, mobile and Internet of Things (IoT) services
- Drive post-sale success and customer experience
- Lead customer conversations with confidence and clarity
- Translate complex technical concepts into relevant solutions for diverse technical and executive audiences
- Collaborate with account directors to design scalable, customer-focused solutions
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in telecommunications or technical pre-sales
- Deep knowledge of data networks (WAN, IP networking, fiber), voice services (SIP, VoIP) and mobile solutions
- Knowledge of IoT solutions and machine-to-machine communication
- Understanding of network architecture (BGP, routing fundamentals)
- Experience in carrier/provider or wholesale environments
- Expertise in the following areas: Data Networking, Voice, and Mobile Services
- Experience using RESTful APIs
- Bilingual: Proficiency in French and English
