Job Description
Customer Success Manager at TeamSupport enhancing product adoption and reducing churn for B2B organizations. Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer goals are met through collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer engagement
- Conduct Customer Account Reviews (CARs) and share insights and recommendations
- Support renewals and identify growth opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
- Coordinate with Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues and improve outcomes
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working with customer data, health metrics, and feedback
- Customer-first mindset with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
