Job Description

Customer Support Representative ensuring customer satisfaction and providing assistance for Whizz’s electric bikes. Collaborating with gig workers to enhance their mobility experience through excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls (no cold calling)
  • Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
  • Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers or turn potential customers into our clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced level)
  • Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi native/fluent speaker
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (New York Time)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
