Job Description

Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager leading UNECE R155 compliance, risk management, and certification activities. Supporting Spyrosoft’s automotive software programs through Vehicle Type Approval and product launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cybersecurity activities required for UNECE R155 compliance throughout the vehicle development lifecycle
  • Drive completion and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation, evidence, and Vehicle Type Approval deliverables
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks affecting product compliance and vehicle certification
  • Own and manage cybersecurity epics through strategic and execution planning
  • Track progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers
  • Coordinate collaboration among Epic Owners, Product Owners, Vehicle Cybersecurity Architects, System Architects, Project Governance Teams, Certification and Compliance Teams, external partners, and suppliers
  • Support cybersecurity architects in preparing and completing the Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Case
  • Ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated across vehicle development programs and engineering activities
  • Participate in cybersecurity audits, technical reviews, and certification discussions
  • Provide regular status reporting and stakeholder communication on compliance readiness and cybersecurity delivery progress
  • Drive closure of cybersecurity activities required for certification and product launch

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Automotive Cybersecurity and/or Product Cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of UNECE R155 and cybersecurity requirements related to Vehicle Type Approval (VTA)
  • Experience combining cybersecurity expertise with technical project management, program management, or Epic Ownership
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Experience coordinating complex cybersecurity initiatives across multiple teams and organizational functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive deliverables in highly regulated and compliance-driven environments
  • Experience working with cybersecurity architects, engineering teams, governance bodies, and certification stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Nice to have: Experience with Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Cases
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of automotive software and system development processes
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting cybersecurity audits and certification activities
  • Nice to have: Experience in vehicle programs approaching production readiness and regulatory approval
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile / SAFe frameworks
