Job Description

Data & Customer Support Assistant supporting database management and customer inquiries in a nonprofit organization. Organizing data and responding to emails in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with databases to download, organize, and manage data
  • Match and validate records across systems
  • Identify and correct data errors to maintain accuracy
  • Respond to customer support emails professionally and promptly
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to company policies and processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and task tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in data entry, database management, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling email-based customer support
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot data issues
  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow structured processes
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with CRM systems or database platforms
  • Previous customer service or support experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
