Job Description
Functional Consultant specializing in Dayforce Reporting and Dashboards for Workforce Management. Role focused on translating business requirements into actionable insights for labor planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and enhance Dayforce HR reports and dashboards to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
- Leverage Power BI and Dayforce Reporting Suite to create advanced analytics and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Ensure workforce data for Retail operations is accurate, consistent, and readily available for planning and scheduling.
- Monitor data flows and resolve discrepancies to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define KPIs for labor optimization and compliance.
- Design scalable reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR and Retail teams to align reporting standards and KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of workforce data across systems.
- Implement best practices for data validation and governance to maintain reliable reporting outputs.
- Stay current on Dayforce reporting capabilities and emerging analytics tools to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Dayforce Reporting Suite, Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in Data modelling and building data insights with large datasets
- Analytical mindset with experience in data modeling and workforce analytics.
- Familiarity with Dayforce Scheduling, T&A, Pay Codes and Labor Optimization features and Reporting Suite; Certifications in Dayforce.
- Experience in Dayforce reporting module and/or Integration Studio PowerBI building, maintaining and distributing reports
- Stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage data quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Influencing skills and command skills – to drive conclusions with business basis data and analyses.
- 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management consulting, with a focus on Dayforce Reporting and building data insights.
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce and HR data reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional reporting requirements.
