Job Description
Delphi Developer maintaining sustainability SaaS for One Click LCA, a Helsinki-based company decarbonizing construction and manufacturing. Building reliable software that supports global zero-carbon goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi and related technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to implement features and improve functionality
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and web components
- Document technical specifications, processes, and code
- Support migration of functionalities to newer platforms where needed
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Object Pascal and Delphi frameworks
- Ability and experience in implementing efficient, maintainable, and complex algorithms
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Python and C#/.NET is an advantage
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
- Good problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
- Proficiency in English, the working language
