Job Description
Design Coordinator ensuring quality and clarity in user experiences for software solutions at Nasajon. Leading design processes and teams while collaborating across departments in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure coherence, clarity, and quality of the user experiences for Nasajon products.
- Serve as a bridge between development, product, commercial, and marketing teams, translating strategies into design deliverables.
- Structure processes, define standards, and organize the production of interfaces, flows, and educational materials (e.g., product sheets, troubleshooting guides, corporate presentations).
- Transform complex information into clear, consistent, and well-documented deliverables, aligning teams and ensuring design is integrated into the product strategy.
- Prioritize requests and coordinate multiple fronts/stakeholders with a focus on value and impact.
Requirements:
- Systemic thinking to connect modules, processes, and stakeholders.
- Strong command of design and UX/UI methodologies with product design best practices.
- Expertise in creating Design Systems.
- Coordination/leadership of design processes and teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Experience in benchmarking (comparison, inspiration, and pricing).
- Product documentation (flows, educational materials) and experience with PRDs and GTMs.
- Prioritization skills focused on value/impact and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Strong communication (with technical and non-technical teams) and a didactic approach.
- Familiarity with AI in the workflow to accelerate processes and structure knowledge.
- Ability to work in a lean team with collaboration, autonomy, asynchronous communication, and openness to feedback.
