Job Description

Designer creating social and performance content at Kate Farms, a medical food company focused on nutrition and healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of organic social content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
  • Develop compelling paid digital creative optimized for performance and engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Contribute to broader brand initiatives, including print materials, campaign assets, and sales enablement tools
  • Ensure creative work is aligned with brand guidelines while pushing the brand forward in thoughtful and culturally relevant ways
  • Stay current on social trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
  • Has 1 - 2 years of design experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Has hands-on experience designing for social media and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of how creative performs across platforms
  • Demonstrates strong foundational craft in typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
  • Is curious, culturally aware, and drawn to mission-driven work; interest in health and wellness is a bonus
  • Brings organization, attention to detail, and pride in delivering work that is both polished and purposeful
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and views feedback as a tool for growth
  • Has strong visual taste and creative intuition, and a drive to continuously refine both
  • Has a strong commitment to the company mission and values
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
