Job Description
Designer criando peças estáticas, animadas, vídeos e motion design para campanhas digitais e redes sociais da Monks. Colaboração com clientes e análise de performance para orientar criações.
Responsibilities:
- Develop graphic assets and static and animated creative content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and projects for a variety of clients
- Create and adapt visual materials, ensuring aesthetic quality, consistency, and alignment with each project's needs
- Develop videos and animations using video editing and motion design tools
- Participate in meetings and interactions with clients, contributing creative ideas and solutions
- Support the analysis of data and results to guide the creation of materials aligned with performance objectives
- Manage requests and deadlines with autonomy and accountability, keeping leadership informed of delivery progress
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to collective development
- Receive and apply constructive feedback, continuously seeking to improve deliverables and processes
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Previous professional experience in graphic design, preferably at an advertising or marketing agency
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Photoshop
- Experience with or familiarity with video editing and motion design tools, such as After Effects
- Ability to develop static and animated creative assets, considering visual quality and best practices for digital environments
- Portfolio demonstrating technical skills, creativity, and visual range
- Interest in learning about digital marketing and understanding how design contributes to client results
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Proactivity and autonomy in handling a variety of requests and challenges
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, experience with AI tools applied to creative work, knowledge of other video editing, animation, and motion design tools, experience working directly with clients, experience analyzing data, reports, and performance metrics, and proficiency in English or Spanish are considered a plus
