Job Description

Destination Coordinator managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality service delivery for Hyatt's Amstar team. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to enhance operational excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating destination operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Ensuring accurate product information and monitoring service quality
  • Overseeing transfers and excursions
  • Conducting quality assurance checks
  • Responding to incidents in accordance with company protocols
  • Supporting implementation of local Emergency Response Plan tasks as required
  • Reporting and escalating local incidents through established system
  • Communicating operational updates and issues upwards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination management
  • Experience working with vendors and managing operational processes
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Good time management and problem resolution skills, with strong attention to details
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company systems
