Job Description
DevOps Engineer automating CSDS digital product cloud platforms and delivery. Managing infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, observability, and security across enterprise services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for enterprise digital products and services
- Manage production and non-production environments for high availability, resiliency, and scalability
- Optimize cloud resources, capacity, and costs
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and reusable platform components
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
- Implement automated testing, deployment, and release management processes
- Support blue/green, rolling, and zero-downtime deployments
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance
- Develop alerting, logging, dashboards, metrics, SLAs, and SLOs
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
- Implement DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure security
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment automation and platform adoption
- Provide cloud-native architecture and operational guidance
- Create technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks
- Mentor development and operational teams on DevOps practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
- Experience managing enterprise cloud environments
- Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Experience with containerization and Elastic Container Service (AWS)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
- Experience provisioning and managing database services
- Understanding of networking, identity management, security, and cloud governance
- Experience supporting production environments and incident response activities
- Preferred: experience with digital product platforms and distributed microservices architectures
- Preferred: experience with Azure cloud services
- Preferred: experience with AWS cloud services and Amazon AI/ML services
- Preferred: experience implementing DevSecOps practices
- Preferred: experience with AWS Lambda and Azure Functions
- Preferred: experience with version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, and Azure Repos
- Preferred: experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms
- Preferred: experience with SaaS platform integration and enterprise authentication technologies
- Preferred: knowledge of ITIL, SRE, and operational excellence frameworks
- Preferred: relevant Azure, AWS, or Terraform cloud certifications
