Job Description
DevOps Engineer working with Fuser, an AI-native creative platform for professionals. Building robust and automated infrastructure while collaborating with founding engineers remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Improve developer environments and workflows to reduce friction and environment-specific bugs
- Build automation and tooling that enables faster, safer deployments and testing
- Design infrastructure strategies that support our growing engineering team
- Implement security best practices and operational standards across our stack
- Ensure all infrastructure is maintainable, auditable, and follows IaC principles
Requirements:
- Deep Cloudflare expertise — Workers, Durable Objects, R2, Containers, and the broader CF ecosystem
- Infrastructure-as-code mindset — Everything should be versioned, reproducible, and maintainable
- Experience with modern deployment tooling — GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, preview environments
- Database operations knowledge — Branching strategies, migrations, backups, and replication
- Security-first approach — Secrets management, environment isolation, access controls
- Strong communication skills — You'll be working with a small, fast-moving engineering team
