Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist driving marketing systems for a plumbing brand to enhance local engagement and SEO. Focused on measurable results and effective customer outreach from a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid ads (primarily Google PPC/LSA).
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and map pack SEO.
- Manage local social profile presence (Facebook, Nextdoor, LinkedIn).
- Feed the content engine to boost local SEO (blogs, new service pages).
- Execute email and text marketing campaigns to existing customers.
- Update directory listings monthly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Meta Ads a plus).
- Strong skills in reporting, monitoring, and optimizing ad performance.
- Experience with CRMs, Excel/Sheets, and marketing dashboards for KPI tracking.
- Confident in managing Google Business Profile and other social platforms.
- Proactive and resourceful — able to adapt quickly to algorithm and feature changes.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven with a focus on accuracy and iteration.
- Excellent English (verbal and written) — smart, conversational, able to match brand tone.
- Curious and eager to test, learn, and improve processes.
- Fast learner who cares about measurable results.
