Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist driving marketing systems for a plumbing brand to enhance local engagement and SEO. Focused on measurable results and effective customer outreach from a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid ads (primarily Google PPC/LSA).
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and map pack SEO.
  • Manage local social profile presence (Facebook, Nextdoor, LinkedIn).
  • Feed the content engine to boost local SEO (blogs, new service pages).
  • Execute email and text marketing campaigns to existing customers.
  • Update directory listings monthly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Meta Ads a plus).
  • Strong skills in reporting, monitoring, and optimizing ad performance.
  • Experience with CRMs, Excel/Sheets, and marketing dashboards for KPI tracking.
  • Confident in managing Google Business Profile and other social platforms.
  • Proactive and resourceful — able to adapt quickly to algorithm and feature changes.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven with a focus on accuracy and iteration.
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) — smart, conversational, able to match brand tone.
  • Curious and eager to test, learn, and improve processes.
  • Fast learner who cares about measurable results.
