Job Description
Digital Product Lead owning prAna’s Shopify Plus ecosystem and Salesforce migration. Driving headless commerce, compliance, analytics, and conversion improvements for outdoor apparel brand prAna.
Responsibilities:
- Lead prAna’s eCommerce platform migration from Salesforce to Shopify Plus
- Own the end-to-end Shopify Plus product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, backlog management, and feature prioritization
- Align prAna’s digital roadmap with broader corporate strategy
- Champion U.S. eCommerce compliance, data privacy, and accessibility best practices
- Drive headless storefront implementation using Shopify Hydrogen and Oxygen
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to optimize checkout, payments, merchandising, and personalization
- Define KPIs and success metrics and iterate to improve engagement and conversion
- Liaise between business, design, engineering, and agency partners to deliver unified commerce experiences
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in digital commerce product management, including 4+ years with Shopify Plus
- Proven experience leading Shopify migrations from legacy platforms
- Strong knowledge of U.S. eCommerce laws, PCI DSS, ADA/WCAG standards
- Experience managing multiple agencies and third-party partners
- Familiarity with Adobe/Google Analytics and CRO best practices
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus platform capabilities, APIs, and app ecosystem
- Preferably, experience implementing Shopify POS for omnichannel retail
