Job Description

Director of Account Management at McKesson leading logistics solutions for advanced therapies. Responsible for financial performance and client relationships, with a focus on strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Account Management team
  • Own the strategy and governance of the Cell & Gene Therapy Center of Excellence
  • Become the primary executive contact for clients
  • Drive portfolio growth, retention, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Hold P&L accountability for the account portfolio
  • Translate market needs into logistics solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Experience leading account management or client-facing teams
  • Demonstrated experience with contract negotiation and renewals
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Exceptional communication skills
