Job Description
Director of Account Management at McKesson leading logistics solutions for advanced therapies. Responsible for financial performance and client relationships, with a focus on strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Account Management team
- Own the strategy and governance of the Cell & Gene Therapy Center of Excellence
- Become the primary executive contact for clients
- Drive portfolio growth, retention, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Hold P&L accountability for the account portfolio
- Translate market needs into logistics solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams
- Establish and monitor KPIs for client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience leading account management or client-facing teams
- Demonstrated experience with contract negotiation and renewals
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Exceptional communication skills
