Job Description
Director of Asset Protection & EHS overseeing AP and EHS performance across Supply Chain network. Leading a team to protect Team Members and improve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 AP/EHS leaders, accountable for shrink reduction, inventory integrity, safety and security, fraud prevention, investigations, cash handling, regulatory compliance, and incident response
- Develop, deploy, and continuously improve regional AP & EHS strategies aligned with enterprise goals
- Partner with senior leadership on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Oversee all AP activities, including shrink reduction and internal investigations
- Identify health and safety hazards and establish prevention strategies
- Serve as primary AP/EHS point of contact for assigned Operations teams
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of AP and EHS strategy, investigations, and incident response in a multi-unit retail and logistics environment
- Proven ability to lead leaders and deliver results across large, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong conflict management and decision-making skills, including the ability to operate independently in high-stress situations
- Proficient project planning and execution skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven reporting tools
- Deep understanding of internal investigation methodologies in a retail environment.
