Job Description
Director of Total Rewards managing compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy for Nielsen's global teams. Leading HR initiatives and mentoring high-performing teams to drive corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of managers and senior professional employees (including M2, P4, and P3 levels).
- Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive benefit, compensation, and recognition programs aligned with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with and influence senior division executives, external vendors, and regulators to drive business results.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in team management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant HR/Total Rewards certifications are highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, department dynamics, and the ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional business problems.
- Proven track record of managing multiple related teams, setting organizational priorities, and developing impactful policies.
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for global collaboration.
